The dry leaves have an sweet green aroma with notes of baked bread and oats.
The clear green infusion has a sharp, fresh green aroma with notes of macadamia nuts. The taste is lightly astringent and green with a refreshingly green finish.
Damiso recommends only two infusions. While a third was not unpleasant, the real character comes out in the first two with a delicious buttery aroma developing by the second infusion.
