Steeping Time: 3 minutes

The dry leaves have an aroma of chocolate and red pepper.

The infusion is red-orange with an aroma of warm apricots and chocolate and a mild, lightly astringent flavor.

While the aroma was enticing, I was surprised to find that none of the cocoa flavor seemed to come through.  One steeping is best.
