Product Description:  Naturally smoked over pine needles to produce a uniquely assertive cup. China souchong leaf.

Temperature: 208° F
Amount: 3 grams
Steeping Time: 3 minutes

The dry leaves have a bold, smoky, salty aroma similar to smoked gouda or smoked salmon.

The infusion is orange-brown with a smoky aroma, similar to a pine wood fire and a smoky, astringent flavor.

The heavy smoky aroma and flavor held up well through three infusions.
