The infusion is orange-amber with an aroma of roasted vegetables and unsweetened cocoa. The taste is sweet, similar to roasted vegetables, and has a sweet finish.
This was a gift tea and did not include a description or origin information. The sweetness was unexpected and pleasant. It carried well throughout three steepings and I believe it would have done even better with increased steeping times after the first infusion.
