Product Description: Gingerbread Chai is twist on our Masala Chai. It is a blend of our Masala Chai with exotic spices and gingerbread. It is a great holiday treat!
Temperature: 208° F
Amount: 3 grams
Steeping Time: 3 minutes
The dry leaves are blended with ginger root, cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla, gingerbread and creme flavors.
The infusion is red-orange with an aroma of gingerbread and cream. The flavor is smooth with notes of cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom with a hint of vanilla.
While this tea is well suited for milk and sugar, I found it flavorful and enjoyable with only moderate astringency on its own when steeped for three minutes.
