The dry leaves have an aroma of baking spices, sweet oats, and fragrant wood.

The golden infusion has a buttery floral aroma with a smooth, floral, green taste that is mildly astringent.

Three infusions continued to produce similarly aromatic results with a slight mellowing of the astringency after each infusion.  It looks like the dry leaves may have been broken into smaller pieces sometime in their travels and larger leaves would likely produce slightly different results.
