The dry leaf blend contains Ceylon black tea, red rooibos, cinnamon nibs, rose petals, peppermint, dark cacao nibs, sage, and cardamon.
The infusion is deep opaque red with a bold aroma of mint, herbs, and flowers. The taste is sweet, minty, herbal, and floral with a touch of chocolate and a long, cool, refreshing finish.
Though the taste and aroma are not what I traditionally associate with Christmas, this blend is bold, flavorful, and refreshing. After the first steeping, the tea became mellower in color, aroma, and taste while still being delicious.
