Tea Review: The Forest Wild Berry Tea (Jas Caffe)

The Forest Wild Berry Tea
Jas Caffe
Type:  Herbal
Origin:  China
Product Description:  Not provided.

Temperature: 208° F
Amount: 3 grams
Steeping Time: 3 minutes

The ingredients aren't listed, though I was able to identify a few including luo han guo flowers, strawberries, raspberries, and grapes.  This blend also appears to contain apples and blueberries, as well as a few more unidentifiable ingredients.

The infusion is purple-red with a sweet and tart aroma of mixed berries and grapes.  The taste is like sweet and tart fruit juice without the added sugar.

The taste is pleasant and would appeal to anyone who is enthusiastic about berries.  All of the flavor goes into the first infusion, which is normal with fruit tisanes.

This tea was received in a mixed bag press kit.  The only information I can find is that the supplier is predominantly a coffee distributor and this is a custom blend using Martina dried fruit and floral blending ingredients.

This tea was provided as a free sample without guarantee of a review.
