Chado Tea
Type: Black
Origin: China, Yunnan Province
Product Description: A unique tea of special manufacture. Extra-long, pointed-leaf style. Steeps an aromatic cup of great taste.
Temperature: 208° F
Amount: 3 grams
Steeping Time: 3 minutes
The dry leaves have an aroma of seasoned wood, hay, and pepper with a hint of smoke.
The copper red infusion has a sweet aroma with notes of baked fruit, flowers, and smoke. The taste is rich, malty, mildly smoky and spicy, with notes of caramelized sugar and a long, sweet finish.
While the most rich and complex flavor is in the first infusion, a second and third infusion are well worth exploring.
This tea was purchased by me.
