The dry leaf blend includes spearmint, peppermint, rooibos, white tea, rose petals, orange peel, cinnamon, nutmeg, rose buds, honey, and peach flavor.
The liquor is copper-orange and the most prominent aroma notes are cinnamon, rose, mint, and hints of citrus and peach. The taste has sweet notes of cinnamon, mint, and rose with a minty peach finish and no astringency.
Though I don't always have good experiences with "busy" blends with a lot of ingredients, the ingredients worked very well together in this particular blend. It held up well throughout three infusions, mellowing after the first. The tea was refreshing and brought to mind a summertime garden party.
