Temperature: 175° F
Amount: 3 grams
Steeping Time: 1.5-2 minutes
The dry leaves have a savory, nutty, umami-filled aroma.
The liquor is light yellow-green with an aroma that is savory with notes of nuts, grass, and edamame. The taste if green with notes of edamame, a hint of nuts, and a refreshing green finish.
This became nuttier with a greener liquor color by the second steeping and mellowed by the third with low-to-no astringency. I would happily make this a daily drinker.
