The light yellow infusion has a buttery and roasty aroma with notes of sweet cream and buttered popcorn. The taste is velvety and buttery with lightly floral and nutty notes and a long nutty, buttery finish with hints of peach.
This was flavorful and delicious throughout three infusions with slight mellowing in flavor after the first. I was pleasantly surprised by the buttery popcorn-like aroma.
