Quetzal's Flight
Friday Afternoon
Type: Flavored Black, Flavored Green
Origin: Not Provided
Product Description:
Behold the great winged serpent, God of the Sun and Creator of Life!

This complex blend of sun & soil gets our feathers all ruffled with joy! Coiled black and green teas slither through the earthy garden alongside rich cacao while the heavens pass down a floral bounty in glowing light-filled flowers. Exquisite!
Temperature: 208° F
Amount: 3 grams
Steeping Time: 3 minutes

The dry leaf blend includes cacao nib, black tea, green tea, marigold petal, sunflower petal, and chrysanthemum.

The orange amber infusion has a peppery aroma with ginger-like and herbal notes with a hint of chocolate.  The taste is spicy, ginger-y, and warming.

The unique combination of flowers came together to create a lovely ginger-like kick followed by a comforting warming sensation in my chest and throat.  The best flavor was in the first two infusions, though the third infusion was still quite pleasant.

This tea is available September 1st through December 3rd as part of the Fall fandom line.

This tea was provided as a free sample without guarantee of a review.
