The liquor is light yellow with peach overtones. The aroma is rich and savory with notes of butter and nuts. The taste is fresh and brisk with nuty and sweet green notes and mild astringency.
This tea brewed up bright and bold and I found that seeping for 1.5 minutes produced the best flavor for my preferences. I particularly enjoyed the third infusion which was notably mellower.
