The dry leaf aroma has notes of flowers, papaya, sweet oats, and wood.

The orange-peach infusion has a sweet fruity aroma and taste reminiscent of apricots with mild astringency and a fruity finish.

This tea is delightfully fruity from aroma to flavor to that long, long finish.  After the first infusion, the color and flavor darkened while the aroma took on pleasant honey notes.  Though I stopped at three infusions, there were several more to look forward to.

The dry leaves have an aroma of flowers and sun-warmed hay.

The golden infusion has a heady floral aroma with faint buttery notes. The taste is floral with a long sweet finish.

The taste was very bold while still being approachable with a 3-minute steeping. Reducing the steeping time to 2 minutes resulted in a much more pleasant and nuanced experience. With each infusion, the flavor became sweeter and smoother. Though I stopped at three infusions, this oolong can easily produce several more flavorful infusions.

The dry leaves have floral and apricot notes, as well as a hint of seasoned wood.

The golden infusion is clear with a faint pink blush. The aroma has notes of butter and apricot with faint floral notes. The flavor has a rice-like savoriness with a long apricot-like finish.

Though the complexities in flavor and aroma are well-developed when steeped at 195° F, this oolong really shines when prepared at 208° F. With either method, the flavorful finish goes on and on.
