The dry leaf has a aroma of hay and a hint of honey.
The infusion is bright, with a pale golden color and a delicate, grassy aroma. The taste was sweet, a little nutty, and grassy with a warm velvet finish.
The delicate flavor has almost no astringency and holds up very well through three steepings. I've served to guests and it was received quite well.
