Temomicha is Japanese hand-rolled tea using whole, hand-picked tea leaves. As the name suggests, a lot of work and skill goes into producing this rare tea. I am just learning about it myself and wanted to share this fascinating video featuring Dr. Yukio Kondo, Tea Master and Intangible Cultural Treasure and the process he uses to create his Temomicha.
