Product Description: Pre-Qing Ming pick with a fresh, lightly vegetal flavor. This is an excellent tea, with a very distinctive flavor.
Temperature: 175° F
Amount: 3 grams
Steeping Time: 2 minutes
The dry leaves have a fresh green aroma with notes of nuts and fresh-baked brown bread.
The golden green infusion has a light vegetal green aroma and a light green, toasty, and nutty taste.
This tea provided three flavorful infusions and, if the leaves that had yet to unfurl are any indication, I would expect to enjoy at least two more cups.
