The dry leaves have a bold aroma of cloves, cinnamon, and dried apple.
The orange infusion has a spicy sweet aroma and taste of cinnamon and cloves with hints of fruit.
As is usually the intent with flavored infusions, all the bold, spicy flavor comes out in the first steeping. The flavor reminds me pleasantly of ginger cookies.
