Tea Review: Oolong Tea (Tealated)

Product Description: Lovely, long leaves unfurl before your eyes as you brew this 60-80% oxidized Oolong Tea from the Wuyi Mountains in China.

Temperature: 195° F
Amount: 3 grams
Steeping Time: 3 minutes

The dry leaves have a smoky aroma of caramelized vegetables and roasted almonds.

The orange-amber infusion has an aroma and taste of smoky caramelized vegetables, savory and sweet with a long, smoky finish.

While the flavor and aroma is at its fullest in the first infusion, this oolong mellowed significantly and developed buttery notes by the second  infusion.
