The dry leaves have an aroma of grass, oats, and hay.
The infusion is light golden green with a lightly sweet, buttery, green, and floral aroma and flavor with a short velvety finish.
This tea produced several delicately flavored infusions. I steeped the third infusion at 195° F which resulted in a darker liquor with the same sweet light taste.
