The dry leaves have a marine green, savory, and nutty aroma.
The golden infusion has a floral and buttery aroma with a smooth, nutty, green taste, light astrigency, and a floral finish.
I was surprised to pick up the aroma of roses which became more apparent after the first infusion. Three infusions continued to provide flavorful results with the floral notes moving forward with each infusion.

They were at World Tea Expo this year. I picked up samples of all of their Benifuki offerings, including the oolong. This spurs me to get to those sooner rather than later.
