The golden green infusion has a sweet green aroma with notes of persimmon, a sweet and tart green taste, and a sweet finish.
This was a sample intended for use in tea bags with dry leaves that looked and felt similar to tencha. A 2-minute steep produced bold results without being bitter, though I preferred the slightly milder results from steeping for 1-1.5 minutes. The third steeping was especially nice.
