The dry leaves have a rich, nutty, and nori-like aroma.
The bright green infusion has a rich and savory, nutty, and buttery aroma and taste with mild astringency and a long sweet finish.
The second infusion is bolder, though not overwhelmingly so, with a lighter and sweeter third infusion. While this sencha was ideal for my preferences without adjustment, you can expect good results and more infusions using more leaf and reducing the steeping time to 1-1.5 minutes.
