The dry leaves have a sweet aroma with notes of hay and fragrant wood.
The pale golden-green infusion has a lightly sweet aroma with notes of sunflower seeds and a hint of pear. The taste is sweet and light with sunflower notes and a clean finish.
The flavor was light and pleasant throughout three infusions and, with a slight increase in water temperature, I would expect at least a couple more nice infusions. At the time of this review, this tea was not available for purchase. It's well worth checking back with the vendor next spring in case it becomes available again.
