Introducing "Full Moon," a wonderful new cake added to Phoenix Tea's custom line of teas in July 2018. This 357 gram cake of Yue Guang Bai ("Moonlight White") tea was pressed in 2018, and yields many luscious and rich infusions.
Temperature: 195° F
Amount: 3 grams
Steeping Time: 3 minutes

The dry leaves have a light aroma of seasoned wood and sweet hay.

The orange amber infusion has an aroma of snow peas and sweet hay.  The flavor contains notes of green vine, honey, and sunflower seeds with an apricot finish.

This is the tea that keeps on giving with flavor that continues to develop over dozens of infusions.
