The bright orange liquor has a nutty and buttery aroma with notes of roasted squash and a hint of citrus. The taste is mildly astringent and velvety with floral and green vine notes and a long finish.
While brewing at 208° F had good results with mild astringency and prominent floral notes, I found that brewing at 195° F brought out delicious roasty, nutty and roasted squash notes.
